When South Africa was introduced to the second iteration of the Polo GTI in 2006, the world-famous model had already made a massive impact for many years abroad. With an admirable 25 years of production now reached, this icon has once again returned with a few exciting tricks up its sleeve.
The Polo GTI Edition 25's most important feature is that only 2 500 units will be produced. As South Africa is the only location where the Polo GTI is made, Volkswagen South Africa is extremely enthusiastic about this special edition.

On the outside, 18-inch “Adelaide” Glossy Black alloy wheels create a confident character. They are joined by a stylish black finish on both the roof and exterior mirrors. On the inside, you are provided with premium sports seats, glossy black decorative trim and a sill panel inscribed with “One of 2 500”.
Under the hood, the VW Polo GTI Edition 25 is propelled by a 2.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine that produces 152kW and 320Nm. For those with a love for speed, 0-100km/h is possible in 6.7 seconds.
